Zoom call date bookings are only a requested date & will need to be confirmed to ensure availability.

Payment is required before commencing any work.

Payments are non refundable.

A freeze on the monthly support can be requested if situations prevent coaching being delivered.

Weekly support calls/zooms support the monthly zooms & are not separate to; they support the strategies agreed during the monthly reviews. They cannot be used as monthly zooms.

If weekly calls/zooms are not required on a specific week, they cannot be carried over.

Any support upgrades can be requested at any time. Approval of the upgrade will be based on availability. The additional cost of the upgrade will be required before the upgrade begins.
