PDS COACHING ONLINE TEAM TRAINING
These support packages are suitable for all levels of management. The online training & support package is designed for teams at all levels who want to integrate the PDS principles within their own management/coaching & who recognise the importance of quality support during early implementation.

ABOUT ONLINE TEAM TRAINING
The training is delivered in small blocks through video conferencing followed by mentoring support to ensure the learning from each training phase has been successfully implemented before moving onto the next.
Although the PDS fundamentals are consistent; the content is adjusted based on each teams needs specific to the level of coaching & each situation/desired outcome.

Conference call 1 – Training in basic structure, establishing baseline & action strategy
Conference call 2 – Review action strategy with discussion & support
Conference call 3 – Training in establishing lighthouse, non negotiables with team & action strategy
Conference call 4 – Review action strategy with discussion & support
Conference call 5 – Training in session formats, coaching roles, person engagement, auditing learning & action strategy
Conference call 6 – Review action strategy with discussion & support
Conference call 7 – Training in coach intervention strategies, hot 1 to 1s, hot & cold reviews & action strategy

For a Team With a Mentor
This package includes all elements of ‘a Team Without a Mentor’ with the addition of a
Weekly Zoom calls with myself & the Mentor. This is designed to establish a continuous effective mechanism is on site during & after the intervention.

I will support & up skill the mentor to have confidence & skills to help prevent & deal with common challenges they may face when attempting to implement an adjust a people behaviours.
