PDS ONLINE COACH MENTORING

Online Coach Mentoring is designed for coaches that are looking for ongoing development from anywhere in the world.  It is based around sharing filmed practice sessions or/and matches with self review notes.  Our feedback & support is via email, skype/zoom/calls.

This provides you with bespoke support linked around your own needs within your own coaching/managing  journey.

Bronze Package - One Off  Zoom Call (up to 2 hours) 
 

  1.  A discussion of your choice around any area of  the PDS principles

  2. More detailed explanations with real world examples

  3. Providing you with a suggested strategy that you can apply


Ideal if you don't have any recorded coaching recordings, or you want support any specific areas of your coaching principles, team cultures & specific player or coach challenges.

Silver Package - One Off Practice Review & Zoom Call

​

  1. One off recorded coaching session review with audited & timed notes

  2. 1 to 1 Zoom consultancy

  3. Bespoke strategy based on your recording & needs

 

This package is great as first step into the coach reviewing process. Provides you with a good base line & an effective strategy without committing to any further support.

Gold Package - 3 Months Practice Review & Zoom Calls

​

  1. Monthly recorded coaching session reviews with audited notes

  2. Monthly 1 to 1 zoom consultancy support

  3. Bespoke coaching strategies based on your own needs 

  4. Reviews & support following each previous months actions, successes & challenges

 

The 3 month support packages really do provide the level of support required to embed real change.  You gain the advantage of support & advice in the reflection phase to provide more options/strategies within the intervention journey.

Platinum & Platinum Plus Packages​ - 3 Months Practice Review & Zoom Calls with optional fortnightly/weekly support

​

  1. Monthly recorded coaching session reviews with audited notes

  2. Monthly 1 to 1 zoom consultancy support

  3. Bespoke coaching strategies based on your own needs 

  4. Reviews & support following each previous months actions, successes & challenges

  5. Fortnightly (Platinum) or weekly (Platinum Plus) Zoom/calls to support your interventions

 

This is currently the highest level of online support. In addition to the Gold Package you receive the option of a weekly or fortnightly catch up. The advantage of this is that we can review & discuss intervention strategies, challenges & solutions as they occur.

T&C

  • Zoom call date bookings are only a requested date & will need to be confirmed to ensure availability.

  • Payment is required before commencing any work.

  • Payments are non refundable.

  • A freeze on the monthly support can be requested if situations prevent coaching being delivered.

  • Weekly support calls/zooms support the monthly zooms & are not separate to; they support the strategies agreed during the monthly reviews. They cannot be used as monthly zooms. 

  • If weekly calls/zooms are not required on a specific week, they cannot be carried over. 

  • Any support upgrades can be requested at any time. Approval of the upgrade will be based on availability. The additional cost of the upgrade will be required before the upgrade begins.
